Quick but important bit of info that came out yesterday… temporary redirects pass PageRank, according to John Mueller.

This shows how in the dark marketers are when it comes to Google. SEO has always been a moving target and Google likes it that way. They occasionally drop murky hints but, in the end, nobody can know for sure unless you work for the big G.
